Our Role
Our team was engaged by Whitsunday Regional Council to project manage all phases of the various developments, from overseeing design to the handover to the operator at the completion of the construction phase.
Key Challenges
The remote Whitsunday location has provided a number of challenges for the project team, however our extensive experience on projects in North Queensland has ensured the program of works has been managed effectively.
