We have a senior team of highly experienced project managers with significant front-end advisory, project management, design management and construction delivery experience who have a genuine interest in, and current understanding of, what is required to deliver extraordinary projects.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Project Manager with strong end to end project management skills to join our team working across a diverse portfolio of building projects including a number of education and government projects.
You will have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to think laterally, critically, and strategically to solve problems. You will also have previous experience working either directly for a client or a client-side consultancy and have excellent communication skills and proven stakeholder management skills.
Skills and Experience
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry
- Management of project timelines and budgets including identification and management of project risks
- Superintendent and contract management experience
- Education sector and government project experience would be advantageous
- Experience working in a live environment
- A background in the construction industry e.g. an Architect, Project Engineer, Civil or Structural Engineer or Construction Project Management
The Ideal Candidate will have
- Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholders effectively
- Superintendent and contract management experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Broad sector experience outside of education and government projects is desirable as we work on a diverse portfolio of projects
- The ability to drive optimal outcomes for the clients and a keen eye for quality
- Tertiary qualifications in construction building, engineering, architecture or similar
