Announcing RPI’s Group Promotions

We’re pleased to announce over 40 promotions across RP Infrastructure (RPI), following a year of significant growth and strong performances across multiple sectors and regions.

CEO David Gundy noted, “These promotions are a testament to the hard work and dedication of RPI’s Project, Advisory and Corporate Services team members who bring energy, passion and excellence to their work every day.”

We’d like to congratulate Tim Eerhard who has been promoted to Executive Director responsible for the Education portfolio nationally. Tim has been with RPI for 22 years and has managed various complex and unique educational, cultural, aviation, retail, and major infrastructure projects.

Tim’s appointment reflects RPI’s new structure, with all Executive Directors now responsible for national portfolios.

Within the Project Management team, Michael King has been appointed Director in NSW for the Living division (Civic & Culture, Accommodation and Sport & Recreation), while Ian Hardy and Sean Gilchrist have been promoted to Associate Directors leading a range of Industrial, Infrastructure and Aviation projects.

Our Advisory business has appointed Peter Hayes to Director and Nigel Cartwright to Associate Director in the Development team; Ross O’Sullivan becomes the Victorian Director of Cost Engineering and Sean Dolbel an Associate Director within the Commercial team.

In Corporate Services, Hilary Neil has been promoted to National Marketing & Operations Director and joins the National Executive Leadership Team.

In addition, over 30 members of the team were also recognised for their progression within the business.

“I’d like to thank all our people for the commitment they continue to demonstrate to our clients, our projects and the wider RPI business,” said David.

“I’m proud that the growth of RPI allows us to provide broader capabilities to our clients, as well as further opportunities to invest in the development of our team.”
