Root Partnerships (RP) would like to welcome Michael Longmire to the team as Senior Project Director in Victoria.

As well as his work on Wesley Place, Michael has extensive experience across a range of significant Mixed-Use, Residential and Office projects including Melbourne Square Southbank, Bourke Place Melbourne and the redevelopment of 5 Martin Place Sydney.
With over 30 years’ industry experience, Michael has been a Development Director and project lead for a number of major developers in Australia including Charter Hall, Dexus, Colonial First State and ISPT.
“Michael’s experience as project lead on large scale developments is a boon for our Victorian team, particularly as we embark on a number of exciting new projects for our long-term clients Melbourne Airport and the Melbourne Market Authority,” says David.
