Root Partnerships (RP) would like to welcome David Edbrooke to the team as an Associate Director in the Sydney office.
Director David Breen, who oversees the NSW Accommodation portfolio says, “We’re thrilled to have David on board to help drive RP’s expansion in the Aged Care and Retirement Living sector, and to further develop our strong presence in Social and Affordable Housing.”
David Edbrooke joins RP from Anglicare where he was Head of Property Development overseeing more than $800 million worth of accommodation projects from luxury retirement villages and aged care facilities to social and affordable housing complexes.
“David’s significant work in Build Own Operate projects combined with his commitment to balancing the requirements of internal and external stakeholders has seen him achieve strong, sustainable outcomes for his projects,” says David Breen.
With over 25 years’ experience in project management, design management and development management on a range of residential turnkey projects, David has worked across both metropolitan and regional Australia from greenfield sites to constrained urban and suburban locations.
“David’s vast knowledge and experience boosts our already strong capability in accommodation projects,” says David Breen. “As we grow our team in NSW, we look forward to continuing to support the delivery of outstanding project outcomes for all our clients.”
