Meet Natacha Redon: delivering projects that make a difference

At RP Infrastructure, our people play an important role in shaping projects that deliver lasting value for clients and communities.

For Senior Project Manager Natacha Redon, that means leading work on projects that improve access to vital health and community services.

Based in our Melbourne office, Natacha is currently delivering two Early Parenting Centres and a drug & alcohol rehabilitation centre. She has also recently worked on the public realm component of the Melbourne Arts Precinct Transformation project, Laak Boorndap, helping deliver inclusive spaces that support connection and community use.

For Natacha, the most rewarding part of her role is contributing to projects that have a meaningful social impact while working alongside strong project teams to achieve the best outcomes.

A collaborative approach to delivery

Natacha is passionate about building strong relationships with clients, consultants and project teams, and sees collaboration as central to successful project delivery. Her approach is grounded in clear communication, trust and a shared focus on outcomes.

That is also the advice she offers to those starting out in the industry.

“Pick up the phone as much as possible, and always show to meetings at least five minutes early,” she says. “Both of those allow you to have human conversations with the people you work with, creating actual connections.”

It’s a practical reminder that strong relationships are often the foundation for successful projects.

Supporting culture and inclusion

Alongside her project work, Natacha chairs RP Infrastructure’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee, supporting initiatives that help foster an inclusive and connected workplace.

She says one of the things she values most about working at RP Infrastructure is the people and culture.

“The first thing I loved about RP Infrastructure, and that still gets me excited every day to go into the office, is the people there and the amazing culture,” she says.

Delivering positive outcomes

Natacha’s work reflects the kind of impact RP Infrastructure aims to create through every project we deliver: practical, people-focused outcomes that support communities now and into the future.

We are proud to have people like Natacha in our team, bringing expertise, commitment and care to projects that make a real difference.
